The MVP Benefits Team cannot assume you want to use your benefits, you must submit a request every term

Requests can be made using our Certification Portal, by email to MVP@olympic.edu or by contacting the Student Services Virtual Office: http://zoom.us/my/oc.studentservices
Requests are processed first come first serve basis.
Submit a new request every time you change your class schedule.
Requests do not guarantee that all classes will be certified/funded by the VA.

Certifications are processed on a two-part process. The initial certification will not reflect any amount due for tuition and fees. At the end of the add/drop period, the Benefits Team will conduct a file review of every student and submit the amount of Tuition & Fees to be paid by the VA.

Requesting Certification will flag your account to be prevented from being dropped due to non-payment of tuition, failing to request certification or provide a COE/TA Voucher for the term could result in being dropped from your courses. If you get dropped from courses but can provide a COE/Request for certification, then we can re-enroll you in courses.
