Note: if you are unable to access any of the ctcLink tools and data discussed in this module, it means your permissions have not yet been activated. Please send an email, including screenshots of the page you are trying to access and any error messages, to ctcLinkAccess@olympic.edu.

NOTE:

Students MUST have a minimum 2.0 College Level GPA to graduate. A GPA of 1.999 will not be rounded up to 2.0.
ctcLink only provides the CUMMULATIVE (CUM) GPA. This GPA includes developmental education classes. At this time ctcLink cannot calculate the College Level GPA needed for graduation. Therefore, if a student's GPA is right on the border of 2.0 when they near graduation, it is recommended that you contact Evaluators@olympic.edu and ask for a manual calculation of their actual college level GPA.

Before you begin, your browser's pop-up blocker must be turned off to view transcripts.

Navigate to the ctcLink Advisor Homepage.
Select the Advisor Center tile.

3. The My Advisees page displays.

4. Select your advisee, or the View data for other students button to find a student not in your advisee list.

5. The Advisee's Student Center search page displays.

6. Enter the student's ctcLink ID or search by name.

7. Select the Search button.

8. The Advisee's Student Center page displays.

9. Using the drop-down menu under the Academic section, select Transcript: View Unofficial.

10. Select the double arrow button.

11. The Advisee Unofficial Transcript page is displayed.

12. Select or confirm your Academic Institution in the drop-down menu.

13. In the Report Type drop-down menu, select Unofficial Transcript.

14. Select the View Report button.

15. The Previous Requests page is displayed.

16. Select the top View Report button.

17. A transcript pdf will appear in a separate tab in your browser.

If the transcript does not populate, check that your browser's pop-up blocker has been disabled.
